- Bruce Ouellette – President - 45 years of experience in construction with an emphasis on residential rehabilitation and renovation.
- Mitch Ouellette – Vice President - 40 years of construction experience with a strong background in commercial TI work and public works.
- Chase Ouellette – 15+ years of sales and marketing experience with a focus on customer relations.
- Mitchell Ouellette - 5 years of experience in construction working in the field. Gaining experience in residential and commercial works
- Shellie Blacow - Office manager with 30+ years of experience in accounting and office administration. The last 15 years have been in construction with F.D. Ouellette & Sons, Inc.
